Se bat albusurile spuma impreuna cu zaharul pana rezulta o spuma tare si lucioasa.<br />
Se pune nuca de cocos si se amesteca cu o paleta.<br />
Punem compozitia la copt intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, la 160 grade, pana se aureste deasupra, nu mai mult!!!<br />
Lasam la racit, fara sa scoatem hartia de copt, fiindca blatul e foarte casant!</p>
<p>Pentru stratul de ciocolata, punem toate ingredientele intr-un vas pe bain-marie pana se omogenizeaza dupa care se pune imediat peste blatul racit.</p>
<p>Pentru crema de vanilie punem impreuna smantana cu praful si mixam.<br />
Crema rezultata se pune peste stratul de ciocolata.</p>
<p>Se rade deasupra ciocolata.<br />
Se pune la frigider cateva ore apoi se taie dupa preferinta.</p>

In timp ce functioneaza blenderul se adauga otet, sare, zahar si apa daca mai e nevoie, pina cind se obtine o pasta destul fluida. Se pune in borcane cu filet, de preferinta cit mai mici, cele de la mincarea pt copii sint cele mai bune. Cui ii place, poate pune si un ardei iute in fiecare borcan, un saculet cu boabe de mustar sau o ceapa. In loc de zahar se poate folosi miere.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>In principiu se pot mura orice fel de ciuperci, dar de preferat sint ghebele, pleurotus sau champignion.</p>
<p>Ciupercile se curata, se spala bine si se pun la fiert in apa cu sare. Dupa citeva clocote, apa se arunca, ciupercile se spala sub jet de apa si se pun din nou la fiert.  Dupa ce sint fierte se spala bine in multa apa, mai ales ghebele si se lasa o ora la scurs.</p>
<p>Se pregateste o saramura din o lingura de sare la un litru de lichid, 250 ml otet la 750 ml de apa,  doua linguri de zahar, piper boabe, mustar boabe, o crenguta de cimbru,  foi de dafin si citiva ardei iuti. Se da in clocot si apoi se adauga ciupercile scurse. Se lasa pina a doua zi.</p>
<p>In borcane se pune  intii putina zeama, apoi un strat de ciuperci, apoi citeva rondele de ceapa rosie si un catel de usturoi si se completeaza cu zeama pina la nivelul ciupercilor, apoi alt strat de ciuperci, alta ceapa si usturoi si tot asa, pina se umple si se completeaza mereu cu zeama. In mijloc se infige un ardei iute iar deasupra se pun citeva bucati de hrean.</p>

<p>Aluatul:</p>

<p>margarina unirea: 1 pac -jumate, (atentie, margarina este cea mai importanta!)</p>
<p>1 ou la un kg faina,</p>
<p>nu se pune apa!</p>
<p>Se framanta toate, pana capata consitenta si nu se lipeste sau rupe. se pune la frigider sa se &#8221; odihneasca&#8221;.<br />
Se incepe cu 800-900 de grame faina si se adauga treptat restul de faina. Se framanta sanatos pe planseta tapetata cu faina.</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>Ciupercile 500 … 600 gr, + 1 ceapa tocate marunt se calesc ca pentru tocana simpla. Se potriveste de gust, putina sare, piper macinat, marar, patrunjel verde tocate marunt.</p>
<p>Ceapa calita, 2-3 cepe mari.<br />
ATENTIE numai ceapa noastra romaneasca (turtita)! NU ceapa lunguiata.<br />
Ceapa se caleste dar nu se rumeneste!!</p>
<p>Ardei gras, 2-3 buc, tocat cubulete si calit separat,</p>
<p>Carnea tocata poate fi si amestec, P+V 1,5 Kg, se caleste atent sa nu faca guguloaie<br />
Se condimenteaza “putin” cand lasa zeama si se rasfira, cu ceva sare, piper, telina rasa mic. Se mai adauga apa cand este necesar, sa nu se arda.<br />
Atentie  se va potrivi la gust la finalul amestecului.</p>
<p>Fiecare calit separat, scurs separat. Se dau prin masina toate, se amesteca bine, se lasa la scurs, se condimenteaza dupa gust piper, etc.</p>
<p>Si urmeaza intinsul foii in tava, umplutul, si mai greu este &#8220;festonatul capacului&#8221;. se unge cu putina apa fata. se da la cuptor pina se rumeneste. Se va supraveghea cu atentie cat este la cuptor.<br />

<p>Se foloseste ca materie prima in special lin,biban,stiuca si cam atat. Se pun mai intai la copt pe o tava sau pe un gratar; dupa posibilitati se pot inveli in staniol. Se prepara saramura din apa sare otet si putin ulei si cateva bucatele de usturoi ptr a-i da gust. Se ia pestele dupa ce s-a copt si se pune in bolul cu saramura. Se lasa o jum de ora sa se imbibe pestele in saramura dupa care se serveste rece.</p>

<p>Varza se toaca marunt si se freaca bine cu sare;  morcovii se dau pe razatoare si se amesteca prin varza;  ardeilor li se scoate cotorul, se freaca la interior cu sare, apoi se umplu cu amestecul de varza cu morcov.  Se aseaza ardeii umpluti in borcan cu gura in sus, se pun printre ei ardei iuti, ceapa, boabe de piper si de mustar, frunze de telina, hrean, boabe de porumb si maciulii de marar. La un litru de apa se pun o lingura rasa de sare, 75 ml otet si 3 linguri de zahar. Se umple borcanul cu zeama si se leaga.</p>

<p>Gaina, pipotele, ceapa,  morcovii, sarea si piperul se pun in 3 litri de apa si se fierb bine. Se strecoara zeama si ca se sa limpezeasca se bate un albus care se pune in ea, apoi se strecoara si se adauga gelatina (care in prealabil s-a dizolvat in apa). Se desface carnea de pe oase si se taie pipotele in jumatate.  Se aseaza pe fundul unor castronele modele facute din ou fiert, morcov, gogosari, frunze de patrunjel. Se pun carnea si pipotele si se toarna zeama. Se da la rece. Pentru servire, se scufunda castronul citeva secunde in apa fierbinte si se rastoarna pe o farfurie, astfel incit modelul colorat sa fie deasupra. Se poate pudra cu boia iute sau dulce . Cine vrea  poate pune in zeama si usturoi, lamiie sau smintina.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Se cumpara ardei capia carnosi si neaparat rosii (cei verzulii sint amari).  Se coc pe plita, nu in cuptor! Ca sa se cojeasca usor, se pun fierbinti intr-o oala cu capac si se presara cu sare. Dupa ce s-au racit, se curata de  &#8220;pelita&#8221; , se scot de pe cotoare si se fac fisii. Se pun sare, otet si miere, dupa gust. Se indeasa in borcane cu filet mai mici, cit s-ar minca la o masa,  se pune zeama, se sterilizeaza pe baie de apa sau in cuptor, cam 20 de minute. Cind se desface borcanul, se mai pune doar uleiul si sint gata de mincat. <p>PS1. La fel se pot pune si gogosari copti.</p>
<p>PS2. Am facut in felul asta si ardei iuti, din aceia rosii, bulgaresti. Sint exceptionali, dar iuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuti&#8230; Puneam citeva fisii in mincare, in ardeii normali, in mujdei sau in sosuri.</p>
<p>PS3. Eu fac cam 8-10kg o data. Nu faceti ca mine, ca e multa munca.</p>
